Each workshop has the capacity listed.  The majority of sessions will have a maximum capacity of 300 attendees with a few sessions having a capacity of 500 attendees.  Each time we are in concurrent sessions, you have your choice from 7-8 workshops! There should be plenty of room all sessions.
