Group Reflective Supervision Sessions

Faith Eidson, LMSW, IECMH-E® has over 17 years of experience providing reflective supervision and will now be offering group reflective supervision through MI-AIMH! Faith is a licensed clinical social worker and an endorsed Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Mentor-Clinical. She has been working in the field of infant and early childhood mental health for almost 20 years. Most recently, Faith served in a leadership role with the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental supporting Endorsement and Reflective Supervision capacity building across the Alliance member associations for infant mental health (AIMHs). Faith also has a private practice providing training and reflective consultation to professionals in many settings across the country. Faith brings with her a passion for spreading the core principles of infant mental health wherever she goes so that the infant mental health “way of being” is brought to as many babies, children and families as possible. The infant mental health field’s commitment to building strong relationships, practicing cultural humility, and supporting healthy development with compassion are Faith’s guiding stars not just professionally, but in all areas of her life. In her spare time, Faith treasures her time with her 2 children, her partner, and her extended family. She also enjoys spending time outside, walking, reading and yoga. This group will be open to those supervising or providing reflective supervision to early childhood professionals (in Early On, Healthy Families America, CMH, private practice, parents as teachers, early head start etc.). Attendees do not need prior experience receiving or providing reflective supervision. There will only be 8 spots for this opportunity, so register ASAP if interested!
Group participants should be able to commit to attending at least 75% of the monthly sessions over the 12 months between January and December 2024. Please note that registering commits you to attending and paying for the full set of 12-months of group sessions, even though payments are spread out.

Location:
This group will meet virtually, through Zoom, the link will be sent after registration and closer to the January date. Registrants will receive an email with the Zoom link from Faith.
Fees and Payment:
This series is $120 per session for a total of $1,140 for year.
MI-AIMH recognizes that a lump payment of $1,140 may be difficult for some and have made this available in 4 payments of $285. Only Credit Card Payments are accepted. Registrants will receive emails from MI-AIMH RELATE with links to make their payments according the schedule listed below:
Cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days prior to the first session for a refund to be issued, send request to lsheldon@mi-aimh.org.

- 2nd payment is due before April 1st
- 3rd payment is due before July 1st

Registration deadlines: Registration will close when we reach 8 registrants or by December 15, 2023.
