Course Overview
Learn the essentials for transition to practice as a new Clinical Nurse Specialist. This course will guide you through core components including marketing yourself and your value, licensure, prescribing components of the role, regulatory and billing impact on the role, certification preparation, and developing your professional network.

Continuing Education Credits
This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. At the completion of this course you will receive 12 contact hours including 0.5 pharmacology contact hours.

Successful completion of this program requires that all components of this course are successfully completed, including the CE Evaluation and that the post-test is passed with at least an 85%. Contact Hours for this course will be offered through 4/27/2024.
