Thank you

Description

In this session you will create a plan for how to communicate the value of your work, your team, or your department to your key stakeholders. After all the sales pitches you have heard, what is your pitch for the value you contribute to your campus? How do you connect your work to the mission of your institution? Learn how to identify a communication strategy for your target audience, draft your “sales pitch”, and create a process to track the value of educational procurement to your institution.

Session Objectives:

  1. To identify the various factors to consider for your audience(s).
  2. To reflect on how your services have contributed to the mission of your institution.
  3. To draft a “sales pitch” that highlights your value.
  4. To create a process for tracking the value of educational procurement to your institution.
