Course Description
Most of our University business processes are not contained within a single department. Oftentimes, we must interact and collaborate with both upstream and downstream stakeholders to optimize our business process. Our panel of speakers will cover how to approach this collaboration, how the collaboration can improve a process, and what happens when we work in a silo.
