Program Overview
This webinar was hosted to help introduce the 2016  School Guide from the National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP). In this webinar, the presenters compared and contrasted the 2010 and 2016 edition. 

Learning Outcome
As a result of participating in this educational activity, learners will be able to incorporate best-evidence found in the NDEP School Guide into care coordination for students with diabetes.
