Protocols and Emergency Care Plans - Providing Evidence-Based Emergency Response for Anaphylaxis

There is no cost for this learning activity and no CNE contact hours will be awarded.

Webinar: Originally presented on November 4, 2015.

School nurses need to be prepared to respond to anaphylaxis and have a critical role in the care of students with known allergies. This webinar will educate the school nurse about how to identify the signs and symptoms and be able to manage the emergency response to anaphylaxis. School nurses must also be able to educate other school staff about what to do in an anaphylaxis emergency.
