Program Overview
This webinar will provide school nurses with guidance on how to identify key health and education stakeholders to create, strengthen, and sustain partnerships to support students with chronic health conditions be safe, healthy and ready to learn.

Learning Outcomes
As a result of participating in this educational activity, learners will be able to:
  • List successes and challenges in convening multisectoral partners; and
  • Identify key health and education stakeholders to create, strengthen, and sustain partnerships to support students with chronic health conditions be safe, healthy, and ready to learn.
Intended Audience
This continuing education program is a knowledge-based activity developed to meet the educational needs of registered nurses who are interested in child and adolescent health.
