Career & College Clubs (CCC) is a research-based, college and career readiness program for grades 7 – 12. CCC employs peer-to-peer learning, a model that requires students in the Club to guide their peers through the different activities. This process promotes engagement and develops critical social-emotional skills. While not exclusively for GEAR UP programs, CCC furthers the required objectives for GEAR UP grants. CCC is ideal for GEAR UP programs (and others) seeking research-based content proven to have an impact!
