The Onboarding Bundle for Coordinators is designed for staff new to a GEAR UP program. Then, solidify your knowledge in best practices and problem solving with Best Practices and Strategies in Education. Advance into Collaboration where you will learn how to foster deeper relationships with the communities that your program serves. Finally, cement the basics of communication in a pair of courses - First, build your skills in crafting a message and tailoring it to a specific audience in Communication for Coordinators. Then, work through the Micromodule, How to Create a Communications Plan as you simultaneously learn and build your own communications plan.
