    The NCS Podcast Series is collaborating with the NCS Advanced Practice Provider Leadership Section to launch the NCS APP Podcast Mini-Series.

    Tamra Langley, the Director of Advanced Practice Provider Services in Critical Care Medicine, joins Thomas Lawson, Nurse Practitioner, to discuss her recent article, "A Comprehensive Onboarding and Orientation Plan for Neurocritical Care Advanced Practice Providers" for this episode.

    • Tamra Langley

      Tamra Langley is the Director of Advanced Practice Provider Services in Critical Care Medicine, which is comprised of Neurocritical Care and Surgical Critical Care APPs at University of Kentucky’s UK Healthcare. She is the APP Fellowship Program Director for Critical Care Medicine, which is a one-year post-graduate training program for APPs. Additionally, she works in the Office of Advanced Practice at UK helping to develop and promote APP education within the institution. Tamra has a bachelor’s degree in business, as well as a MSN in Acute Care, and will be graduating in May from the University of Kentucky with her DNP in Executive Leadership. Outside of the University, Tamra is also the current president of the Association of Post Graduate APRN Programs, an association that is focused on promoting post-graduate education for nurse practitioners.
