Brenda joined ReSource Pro in March 2016 with over 30 years in the insurance industry, starting as a rater for a large insurance carrier. She spent many years at a large retail insurance agency, where she started as an Account Assistant, working through the ranks to her eventual position as Senior Vice President, Commercial Services Manager and Director of Strategic Initiatives. Brenda is a licensed property & casualty agent in California and holds the ARM and CIC designations. She also serves on the CISR Board of Directors through the National Alliance.

Before joining Resource Pro, Rob worked on the agency side, including as AVP of Operations for a top-10 global broker. Rob’s 15 years of experience includes exposure to both the employee benefits and property & casualty sides of insurance. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver and BA in Economics from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. In his current role of Principal, Solutions Architect, Rob partners both internally and externally to drive exciting changes for ReSource Pro clients.
