Live Webinar: January 10, 2023. This interactive session will give members an opportunity to learn more about what microaggressions are, hear examples that might happen in the workplace, and learn about a tool that helps to interrupt microaggressions when they occur.

Learning Objectives:

• Gain increased capacity to recognize microaggressions in the moment and understand the negative impact experienced by others across a variety of identity dimensions (intent vs impact)
• Practice using specific tools to interrupt microaggressions and exclusionary behaviors effectively to create greater equity and inclusion
• Deepen capacity to identify personal bias and stereotypes -and explore ways to respond more effectively (including in instances that occur with members)
