OVERVIEW
The presentation explores the spectrum of non-vascular incidental findings encountered during performing upper extremity venous Doppler studies. The causes include diffuse abnormality as edema and localized abnormalities like masses, with lymph nodes being the commonest. Other masses include epidermoid sebaceous cysts, ganglion cysts, and lipomas.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, attendees should be prepared to:


Differentiate between diffuse and localized abnormality seen indecently during performing upper extremity venous Doppler.
Differentiate between solid and cystic non-vascular masses and their common causes seen while performing upper extremity venous Doppler ultrasound.
Differentiate between reactive and infiltrative lymphadenopathy.
Recognize panic finding so they can be communicated to radiologists in timely manner.
