Jeff McDonald is the author of Part-Time is Plenty: Thriving without Full-Time Clergy, a book that explores how churches are rethinking their pastorates and thriving without full-time clergy. An independent journalist, Jeff’s articles have appeared in USA Today, The Boston Globe Magazine, and TIME among other outlets. An ordained UCC pastor with an MDiv from Yale Divinity School, he has a pastor’s heart and wants to help other pastors thrive in part-time ministry.
