This seminar provides an in-depth discussion of the best practices to be used in the hiring process, transitioning the candidate through the new hire and on-boarding experience in your church and what to do when a decision is made to end the relationship.

• Learn what to ask (and what not to ask!) to best enable you to determine whether an applicant will be a good fit for your church. Remember, the best way to deal with a problem employee is to never hire him to begin with.
• Letting someone go is never easy. We will discuss how and when to make that difficult decision, and how to deliver the news to as to maintain professionalism and decrease risks of legal challenges.
