- Learn what to ask (and what not to ask!) to best enable you to determine whether an applicant will be a good fit for your church. Remember, the best way to deal with a problem employee is to never hire him to begin with.
- Letting someone go is never easy. We will discuss how and when to make that difficult decision, and how to deliver the news to as to maintain professionalism and decrease risks of legal challenges.
