When we utilise neuroscience to better understand what happens between the body and the brain, when shifting outside the window of tolerance, we can foster a better sense of well-being in our ever changing environments. Emotionally literate environments are a new narrative for cohesion, to diffuse stress in our education and care services. In this session, Nicole will help you inform a culture change, by investing in responsive environments, connection over compliance, and using intentionality to uniquely resource your spaces.
