The Independent Examiner's Playbook: Whose Team Are You On?

This session will discuss the Title Examiner’s role as a third-party service provider for the Title Insurance industry. We will discuss the implications of the agent-as-client model vs. the consumer-as-client model and its impact on Best Practices for the Title Examiner. We will review methods for the protection of NPI, and other important measures that must be put in place to protect both the agent and the consumer.
