Class #1 Where to Start with Search Engine Marketing
During this class participants will learn how to set marketing goals and leverage enrollment data. We will dive into Google Analytics & Search Console for insights into where and how to invest your time. This class will be led by Angie Ward.
Class #2: Leverage Keyword research for smarter Search Engine Marketing
From Keyword research tools and ad building templates to creative & landing page best practices for Google Ads campaigns, you'll learn it all and feel more confident setting up or optimizing your own PPC or SEO Campaign. This class will be led by Jake Youmell.
Class #3: Search Engine Marketing Reporting & Insights
During this class we will dive into metrics & reporting tools to help you understand what is working, and what isn't from an SEM perspective - both organic SEO and Paid. This class will be led by Both Jake and Angie.
Presenter: Angie Ward
As Co-Founder of Enroll Media Group, Angie Ward executes strategic growth marketing for PK-12 Schools and education-centric nonprofit organizations. Angie also serves as a Consultant for the Association of Independent School Admission Professionals (AISAP), educating its member schools on various enrollment marketing topics. Angie found her passion for marketing while working at CBS and Hearst Media in Boston, where she implemented both traditional and online media campaigns for businesses and agencies. She then spent time as a web analyst for Bose Corporation where she got the Google & Adobe Analytics bug, before joining Carnegie Dartlet, where she built and managed a digital marketing team for 6 years. With a passion for strategy, analytics and comprehensive digital marketing management, Angie’s worked directly with over 200 colleges, universities and independent schools to execute digital marketing initiatives that steer organizations forward. Angie is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University and lives with her husband and two children in Westminster, Massachusetts.
Presenter: Jake Youmel
As Co-Founder of Enroll Media Group, Jake Youmell manages enrollment marketing strategies for schools and nonprofits, leveraging the latest tools and technologies to impact growth. Jake also serves as Digital Marketing Strategist and Consultant for the Association of Independent School Admission Professionals (AISAP), to offer strategic workshops and guidance to its member schools. After starting his career in enrollment management at Boston University in 2006, Jake went on to pursue his passion for digital marketing and technology at Google in 2008. Since his early beginnings in digital marketing, Jake has built agency-side experience at Google, Carnegie Dartlet, DigitasLBi, and education-centric foundations at Boston University, Walnut Hill School for the Arts, and Emerson College. Jake holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Vocal Performance from Boston University and resides in Holliston, Massachusetts, with his wife Allie and two children.
