She served as Andover’s Senior Associate Dean of Admission from 1991-2008 and then as the Director of Alumni Engagement from 2008-2015. In these responsibilities she has visited hundreds of public, private and independent schools and met with thousands of applicants throughout the country. More recently, Debby worked at Nashoba Brooks School, a PreK-8th grade, all-girls school in Concord, Massachussetts, where she was the Assistant Head for Advancement and Enrollment. In this role, Debby launched a new Advancement team and was responsible for strategy and day-to-day operations for admission, development & alumni relations and marketing & communications. She has served on a variety of strategic planning committees and is particularly skilled and passionate about strategic planning, design thinking, process mapping, and the topic of organizational leadership. Over the years, Debby has presented at conferences on topics ranging from Creating an Alumni and Parent Admission Network to Measuring Alumni Engagement to High-Performance Habits and Leadership.
