She has provided practice management seminars to hundreds of dental professionals in DSO's, mid-market and single owner dental practices across 48 states. Kristie teaches dental professionals the systems and strategies that she used to increase production by $700K in just 12 months with one less doctor. Founder of DIY Practice Management, Kristie’s online training platform includes 30+ training videos covering everything from defining practice identify and setting goals to advanced marketing techniques and the steps to run a profitable business. She enjoys meeting, speaking for, and coaching with dental professionals across the country.
