In this two part webinar, we will cover issues that case managers should know about some common regulatory processes, why they are important, and how case managers play a role in these processes to the benefit of the organizations in which they are employed, and the clients they serve.


Learning Outcomes:

  1. Understand common healthcare regulations in the hospital setting; relate these regulations to case management practice;
  2. Identify the role of case management in effecting these regulations.
  3. Understand value-based purchasing initiatives in the hospital setting, relate these to case management practice, and
  4. Identify the evolving role of case management.
