This self-paced, asynchronous training is conducted by CCMC-authorized facilitators that will immerse you in a 360-degree overview of case management knowledge, based on CCMC's core knowledge domains:
  • Care Delivery and Reimbursement Methods
  • Psychosocial Concepts and Support Systems
  • Quality and Outcomes Evaluation and Measurements
  • Rehabilitation Concepts and Strategies
  • Ethical Legal and Practical Standards
The training is broken up into 22 sections based on the above domains. There is a course workbook that can be downloaded as a PDF upon entering each section. Please download each one to follow along with before you watch the recording. Each recording must be watched in its entirety before moving on to the post-test. Upon purchase of this training, access will be granted for six months.

Credit Information:

The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

This program has been pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® board certified case managers. The course is approved for 12 CE contact hour(s). Activity code and Approval number will be awarded on your certificate of completion.

This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval # 886719516-5979) for 12 continuing education contact hours.

The Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board of Social Worker as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers.

To earn contact hours/CEs: In order to earn your contact hours/CE, you will have to complete each section in its entirety and complete the survey at the end. Once ALL sections and survey are marked as complete, you will receive your Certificate of Completion. If you are a CCM, your CEs will automatically record in your CCMC account.
