Description

  • Jeannie LeDoux, RN, BSN, MBA, CCM, CPHQ, CTT+

    Jeannie has 40 years of clinical healthcare experience in a variety of venues including payer and provider both domestically and internationally. She has held positions from RN, lead, unit trainer and director. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), worked as a senior clinical informatics analyst, was a consultant for a legal group and is a certified professional trainer. She worked in trauma for 20 years and has expertise in leadership, management, and case management. Jeannie was elected to be a Commissioner for Case Management Certification (CCMC) which she has actively been a part of for eight years. Jeannie started her career as an LPN, moved to RN, BSN, and obtained her MBA in Germany while her husband was stationed there with the Air Force.

    Jeannie is passionate about evidence-based solutions and showing how they can make a difference in patient care. Outside of work, she volunteers as an interpreter for the deaf and works with a foster parenting group as well as a group working to stop human trafficking. Her happy place is the outdoors, anything to do with being in or on the water, reading, cooking, or gardening. She is currently taking classes on bee keeping. Jeannie has one grown son and currently resides with her husband Brian and their pets in Kentucky.

  • Jo Carter, BSN, RN, CCM

    Jo Carter is the associate vice president of network services for Paradigm Management Services LLC, based in Concord, CA. She is responsible for the management of Paradigm’s national networks of workers’ compensation catastrophic nurse case managers and physicians. This network includes approximately 150 registered nurses and 40 physicians across the U.S. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Medical College of Virginia where she worked in the shock/trauma and neuroscience intensive care units. She has held numerous nursing positions, specializing in catastrophic and neuroscience care, care coordination and long-term planning. Carter has served on the Executive Committee of the Central Virginia Chapter of Case Management Society of America, on the Executive Committee for the Commission for Case Management Certification and on the National Workers Compensation Advisory Board for the Shepherd Center.
