    With 24+ years of experience in managing client relationships and sales teams, David’s passion is meeting and exceeding client goals.

    David has served in SVP-level roles for national banking organizations, which include Regions Bank and US Bank, prior to taking on the role of CEO of the PeopleSuite organization in 2012.
    David is a past President of the Charlotte chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and currently serves on the Regional Council as part of the global leadership team of EO. David has served on various non-profit boards, including the Board of the Univ. of Georgia’s Entrepreneurship Program and as President of Keep Fulton County Beautiful.

    David received his BBA from the University of Georgia and his MBA from Georgia State University.

  • Hayes Reilly

    Hayes Reilly entered the retained executive search profession in 1997 following a 15-year sales and marketing management career with two Fortune 100 consumer goods companies, Unilever and Borden.
    He joined a Top 10 retained executive search firm as a Managing Director and quickly became a Partner. In 2003, Mr. Reilly established his own retained firm, where he focused on the consumer goods, consumer healthcare products and specialty ingredient industries. Hayes joined the executive search division of PeopleSuite in January 2012. Hayes has personally conducted hundreds of assignments across the major functional disciplines at the President, Vice President, C-Level, Director and Board levels.

    For over 22 years, Hayes has earned the trust of top companies to deliver executive candidates to build their teams. Being called a “trusted advisor” by his clients, Hayes has an uncanny sense of understanding candidates’ career goals and matching them with his client’s needs. Hayes enjoys building authentic relationships, establishing trust, identifying “A” player talent and leveraging his intuitive nature.
    Hayes is an active member/participant for Expo West/East Natural Foods Expo’s, Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA), Executive Forum and Dress For Success.

    Hayes received a BA in Psychology from Gettysburg College, PA and also completed MBA coursework at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Hayes and his wife reside in northern New Jersey.
