Move4U has its roots deep in the moving industry. Headquartered in Rotterdam, the company was established in 2014 with a simple roadmap of applications and a goal to make life easier for the moving industry. By 2016 Move4U launched its first solutions and we have never looked back.

Today our lead management, video and in-person survey, and inventory tools are used by moving companies the world over, making pen-and-paper a thing of the past and dramatically improving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving the accuracy of critical move information.
The key to our success is keeping it personal, keeping it simple, and continuing to listen to the needs of our clients.

Venice van den Berg

Venice was born in Rotterdam in the Netherlands and graduated in marketing and communication before completing her master’s in media and culture. She started working for Move4U in 2018.

Her career with Move4U has largely tracked the growing, if reluctant, interest from the industry in transitioning from the traditional pen and paper approach to a more efficient way of working. But Venice is not at all critical of the slow pace of adoption. “It’s important to understand the history and culture of the moving industry,” says Venice. “While some company’s may like to provide the impression of a state-of-the-art business, at its heart are ordinary men and women physically working hard to deliver a valuable service to the customers. “They want to complete their work efficiently and on time and get home to their families as much as people working in offices.”
