Description

The IAM is developing a plan to host a series of CEO Forums which will facilitate the sharing and exchange of business practices among selected groups of moving company owners for education, support and networking to improve business results.

Tracy Bech and Martin Moll, co-founders of Starboard Collectives, who have in depth experience hosting such forums for the moving industry will provide insight into their experiences and answer your questions about how the forums work.

CEO Forum participants commit to meeting twice a year (spring & fall) which include a visit to the operating facilities of one of the participants.  Forum members engage in a deep dive and discussions with the host company's key personnel in Finance & Administration, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Safety.

Participants agree to submit financial reports in a standardized format which are anonymized and shared for evaluation and benchmarking.   Discussions are facilitated to share best practices, latest trends in sales, marketing, technology and there is plenty of opportunity for camaraderie, fellowship and networking.

Join us to learn more about this opportunity and how you can get involved.
