President, Mobility Exchange, LLC
Ray daSilva started his career in the mobility services industry in 1978 as a moving consultant for Alaska Orient Van Service, a United Van Lines agent in Anchorage, Alaska. He has held positions in sales, management and executive roles based in Anchorage, Honolulu, Singapore, London, Florida and Washington, DC. During his 23 years with the Crown Worldwide Group, Ray served on its Executive Board where he contributed to the growth of its global network of offices.

He played a key role in developing Crown University, a visionary staff training and management development program. Throughout his career, Ray has believed in the inherent power of facilitating connectivity and collaboration within a fragmented industry. This led him to contribute to the development of RedSky Mobility Solutions, an innovative cloud based international move management system. He currently serves as President of Mobility Exchange, LLC which develops and implements collaborative technology solutions for the mobility services industry in partnership with the IAM.
Brian Limperopulos

Brian Limperopulos serves as Vice President of IAM where he works to advance the value of IAM for its members enhance their profile to customers and government authorities alike.

When he is not working at IAM, Brian spends time with his wife, Lena, mostly chasing after their son, Craig, and daughter, Molly. In his (rare) free moments, Brian enjoys playing and watching soccer as well as droning on about his favorite history podcasts.
Francesco Argiro

President/CEO - Bliss Corporation
Francesco is the President and CEO of BLISS Corporation, based in Rome and Milan, Italy.

His professional career began in 2001 in the International Moving industry, inside the family business, where he worked closely with a multicultural team and interacted mainly with foreign customers.

In 2008 he founded the company Bliss Moving & Logistics, specializing in international removals, freight forwarding and logistics. Its exponential growth, based on the use of an efficient business system, enabled Francesco, within a period of 5 years, to launch the companies, Bliss Pet Services (2011) and Bliss Relocation (2013), thus offering a full Global Mobility service.

Francesco is active within the relevant industry business associations taking on executive roles, working for their growth and improvement and for the relationships with foreign and Italian entities. He is a strong supporter of foundations focused on the protection of animals and the environment.
Abhilash Nair

Global CEO - ISS Relocations, IAM TMS
Abhilash Nair started his career at the age of 20 in the logistic industry in the year of 2000 after his Multimedia Diploma as an Operation & IT Professional doing Operational Data management for a well-known Courier brand in Delhi, India. Abhilash has held positions in IT, Operations & Regional Management roles with Allied Lemuir & Crown Worldwide.

Abhilash is Global CEO of “ISS Relocations” which has acquired Inchcape Worldwide Movers. ISS has offices in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, India and Saudi Arabia.
Frank Youmans

Frank is Vice President and co-owner of Elizabeth's Moving & Storage with his wife Anne-Elizabeth based in Chattanooga, TN. Frank joined the company in November 2017. Together, Anne-Elizabeth and Frank have taken the moving company from a local move service only to a $3 million a year full service moving and storage company. Together their efforts have been to raise the standards of the moving industry in their market through education and action.
