NEDRAC, Inc.
Macarena Scalia is currently employed with Nedrac Inc. based
out of Lake Forest, California. Nedrac is a family-owned company with offices
located throughout various cities within the United States.
Macarena has over 20 years in the industry. She joined her
family’s business, at a young age, while working at Tumi International Movers
which began back in 1989. As an integral part of her parents moving company,
she learned all facets of the industry from move coordinator to general
manager, tasks related to sales, surveys, rates, coordinating, and attending
conferences just to name a few. Feeling the longing to implement her knowledge,
she owned and managed her own moving company, Coco’s International Movers, Inc
for over a decade. Her current role at Nedrac is as move coordinator within the
Relocation and Mobility department.
Macarena is associated as an active member of IAM in the
Leadership Alliance Council as well as a past PAIMA and ARA associations Board
of Directors.
Macarena holds a BA (cum laude) in International Relations
and Political Science from (FIU) Florida International University.
She currently resides in Miami with her husband,
Salvatore and their two children, Salvatore & Vittorio.
Ms. Swe Swe Myint is the CEO
of Legendary Myanmar Int’l Shipping & Logistics
Co., Ltd (LMSL),
a leading international
moving services company in Myanmar, based in Yangon.
Swe Swe has more than twenty-five years
of experience and expertise in managing international
mobility, shipping, and logistics challenges – being able to move most things from fine arts
collections, household goods through to massive volumes of commercial goods.
Recognizing a market opportunity and a need for streamlined and
flexible product movement in, out and around Myanmar, Swe Swe founded LMSL in
2010. The primary objectives of her new
business was to:

Aulina completed her university education
in the United States and started her career in the Relocation services industry
in 2002 by joining her family mobility business, Star Worldwide Group, in
India. She joined as a trainee in operations and gradually mastered every
process related to handling all kinds of relocations.
She has since attended many seminars,
industry related courses and conferences over the last 20 years. Aulina holds a
Gold certificate degree from the FIDI Academy. She has served on several boards
such as FIDI INDIA from 2011 – 2016 and on the FIDI 39 Club board for 08 years
including as the President from 2012-2014.
Her achievements also include completion
of one-year course in Image Management and Soft Skills training and is a
certified trainer by NABET in 2015. In 2016, she co-founded ‘Shift Karado’,
a domestic relocation services company. A first of its kind, technology
enabled platform in India to offer customers instant pricing and booking for
domestic relocation with the help of an App.
Currently, Aulina is a Director at Star
Worldwide and is responsible for all aspects of the company including profit
and loss of the relocation division and reports to a Board of Directors.
More recently, Aulina has been elected to
serve on the FIDI Board.

Yasmin Zaki is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in the field. She currently leads the international operations of a company, where she is responsible for creating business expansion by opening lines of communication between agents, clients, and other stakeholders around the world.
Yasmin holds a BA(Hons) in business Management, which she earned from Oxford Brookes University in 2006. In addition to her role as an international operations leader, she also serves as one of the board of directors at Subalipack, a company incorporated in 1981. Subalipack is a household name in packing and moving services, with 150 employees and 7 branches across Malaysia and Borneo. The company has been appointed as a Multimodal Transport Operator by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.
As a member of the board of directors at Subalipack, Yasmin has a vision to further enhance the company's reputation as a leading provider of packing and moving services, while also expanding the company's offerings to include a complete range of complementary logistics services. Through her leadership and experience, Yasmin is poised to continue driving the success of both Subalipack and the company's international operations.
