Mark Gray, the founder of Movers Search Group, proudly says that he is a product of the industry he now serves:

Mark’s father Sam Gray was an industry veteran with Bekins and a few other well-known players in the business. Mark grew up playing in the warehouse. High school summers were first spent loading and unloading trucks, then as a local driver and upon graduation from college a brief career as a COD sales rep.

After graduation from law school, Mark was a transportation attorney representing moving companies and general commodities carriers before the Interstate Commerce Commission.

After the deregulation of the trucking industry, Mark became a transportation consultant. Eventually, his focus turned to the recruiting profession and, more specifically, recruitment for the industry he grew up in and loved: The Moving & Storage Industry. Mark has enjoyed his role as a “Mover Recruiter” for close to three decades.

I have had the privilege of being associated with ISS Relocations since 2009. Commencing my journey as a Customer Service Representative, I progressively advanced to the position of Senior Supervisor by 2013. Subsequently, in 2014, I assumed the role of Country Manager for Kuwait. In 2019, I was entrusted with the additional responsibility of overseeing operations in Qatar, effectively overseeing both countries under the umbrella of ISS. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid enthusiast of Badminton and Cricket, channeling my passion into these sports. During my leisure moments, I indulge in culinary pursuits and find solace in the act of cooking. Furthermore, I hold a keen interest in participating in networking events, as they offer an avenue for forging meaningful connections and fostering growth opportunities.
