Henk Mulder

Henk Mulder, Head of Digital Cargo at IATA, leads the e-freight program and ONE Record, aiming to establish data sharing ecosystems in airfreight. With a background in airfreight and passenger air transport, he drove significant changes in air tariffs and revenue management practices at IATA. Henk, an IT engineer and mathematician, previously worked at CERN, contributing to particle accelerator design and operations. His transition to the e-business industry included developing Deutsche Bank's first e-trading web system in London.
Alvaro Stein

After a solid analytical foundation as a mathematical engineer and applied economist, Alvaro transitioned into his family’s Chilean Logistics and International Moving business, Decapack. Thriving in the face of industry challenges, he quickly obtained a licensed Customs Broker title and moved into a transformative CEO role, breathing new life into Decapack during a pivotal ownership transition.

In this leadership role, Alvaro continuously delves into innovative technologies, aiming to address common challenges within international supply chains. Besides the business expertise amassed over the years as CEO, his technological expertise spans blockchain and cryptocurrency applications, IoT in supply chains, service design, and the strategic application of Agile methodologies, No-code tools, and APIs within logistics.

Alvaro enjoys helping others through their digital transformation and is committed to driving positive change in the industry as a whole.
Brian Limperopulos

Brian Limperopulos has dedicated his professional life to advancing the professionalism and operational excellence of moving companies generally and IAM Members particularly. He began his career working for Security Moving and Storage in the Washington DC Metro Area before taking an opportunity at the International Association of Movers to develop and manage its member programs and services.

Brian has taken on many different responsibilities and roles since joining IAM in 2009. His success in these positions led to several promotions until his appointment to the position of IAM President in 2024. In this role, Brian is responsible for driving IAM forward toward its goals and achieving its mission.

Brian holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), which is the highest professional credential in the association industry.

When he is not working at IAM, Brian spends time with his wife, Lena, mostly chasing after their son, Craig, and daughter, Molly. In his free moments, Brian enjoys playing and watching soccer as well as droning on about his favorite history podcasts.
