Julia O'Connor
Julia serves as the Vice President of Membership & Communications at IAM, bringing over two decades of experience in association management. She is instrumental in engaging both existing and prospective members, communicating the benefits of membership, and spearheading diverse marketing endeavors to promote the association's growth and member engagement.
She plays an active role in several IAM committees, including the Core Members' Management Board, IAM-YP Management Board, and the IAM Leadership Alliance Council. Additionally, Julia provides administrative support to the International Shippers Association (ISA). Her expertise also extends to her position as the Vice-Chair of the Membership Professional Advisory Council with the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE).
Julia earned her BA in Psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently advancing her education with a master's in Global Marketing at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Outside of her professional life, Julia is passionate about triathlons, enjoys exploring wine tastings, and values time with her family, often found cheering on her children at their various sports events. -
Matthieu Odjik
Matthieu started his career in logistics as an HP/Mise trainee at Norfolkline, a subsidiary of Maersk. He quickly developed a passion for the field, and after gaining valuable experience, also living abroad as an expat, he decided to transition to the moving industry. After several successful years with Voerman International, Matthieu moved to Denmark, where he took on a leadership role at Aspire Mobility.
In 2019, Matthieu was ask to partner up and found MF Interlogistics in Denmark. Since then, he has leveraged his expertise to help clients all over the world with their removal needs, and growing the reputation and business of the local Danish moving company.
