Sometimes challenging circumstances can create opportunities or accelerate positive change.  Success is usually not about luck and circumstances but recognizing opportunity when it comes knocking at our door.  Ray daSilva and Chuck White will moderate our panel:

    Executive Vice President, Residential Services - JK Moving Services
    With more than 20 years of experience in household goods moving, David Cox leads JK’s residential services division. Cox is responsible for managing the residential team while ensuring strategic growth and profitability across the division. By developing strong team members, providing the latest technology, and developing efficient procedures, Cox ensures the business unit maintains the highest level of customer service.

    Prior to joining JK, Cox served in senior leadership roles with some of the most prominent brands in the moving and storage industry, managing every aspect of residential moving services from operations to quality assurance. Previously, Cox served on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound.

    Prior to entering the relocation industry, Cox graduated from Carleton College in Minnesota before serving two years in the Peace Corps teaching English to students in Albania.

  • Ray daSilva

    President, Mobility Exchange, LLC 
    Ray daSilva started his career in the mobility services industry in 1978 as a moving consultant for Alaska Orient Van Service, a United Van Lines agent in Anchorage, Alaska. He has held positions in sales, management and executive roles based in Anchorage, Honolulu, Singapore, London, Florida and Washington, DC. During his 23 years with the Crown Worldwide Group, Ray served on its Executive Board where he contributed to the growth of its global network of offices.

    He played a key role in developing Crown University, a visionary staff training and management development program. Throughout his career, Ray has believed in the inherent power of facilitating connectivity and collaboration within a fragmented industry. This led him to contribute to the development of RedSky Mobility Solutions, an innovative cloud based international move management system. He currently serves as President of Mobility Exchange, LLC which develops and implements collaborative technology solutions for the mobility services industry in partnership with the IAM.

  • Greg Koehlinger

    Executive Vice President - Nelson Westerberg, Inc.
    Forward thinking Senior Executive with extensive experience in key leadership positions; General Management, Operations, Corporate Sales & Customer Relationship Management. Track record of outstanding performance, promotion and organizational accountability-delivers profit objectives, strong and sustained revenue growth- aligning innovative, customer centric solutions that create measured value.
    Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Manchester University. He earned Six Sigma Trainer Certification – Champion Training from Motorola University and received certification in Developing Organizational Talent from McKinsey and Company. He is a past President and Board Member of Rotary International, a board member of The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Greg is a frequent speaker at industry association conferences and has authored numerous articles on Service Level Agreements, quality, efficiency & the state of transportation.

  • Kevin Rich

    Executive Vice President, Global Business - New World Van Lines
    Charged with directing the company’s business development, account management & strategic partnerships.
    40+ year veteran of the moving industry, aka: “old’!!

    Industry Leadership roles include:

    • First service industry representative to be elected President and subsequently serve as Chairman of Worldwide ERC (Employee Relocation Council, the Relocation Industry’s principal professional association)
    • Founding trustee & past Chairman of the Worldwide ERC Foundation for Workforce Mobility,.
    • Frequent relocation and moving industry speaker, panelist and author who holds the Certified Moving Consultant (CMC) and Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) designations.
    • Lifetime member of the Worldwide ERC Hall of Leaders.
    • Recipient of the H. Cris Collie Legacy Award from Worldwide ERC, one of only 5 recipients.

  • Wiebe van Bockel

    Chief Commercial Officer - Voerman Group
    Experienced Sales & Marketing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the global mobility and logistics industry . Strong vision on the future of the industry and the company. Open-minded for opportunities and innovations. Full believer in teams in an international setting with an "obsessive" passion to serve. Clients will be first if we put people first.

  • Charles White

    President, International Association of Movers
    Charles “Chuck” White has been involved in the moving industry since 1994 when he went to work for Executive Moving Systems in Woodbridge, VA. Previous to that Chuck worked as a high school teacher and football coach in Maryland and Northern Virginia.

    During his time serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Executive he was elected to a volunteer position on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Movers (IAM), formerly known as the Household Goods Forwards Association of America (HHGFAA). He served on that Committee for four years and in 2005 he joined the IAM staff as their Director of Government & Military Relations.  He held that position for 10 years and in 2015 Chuck was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President for the organization.

    In January, 2019, Chuck became the President of IAM.
