  • Alyssa Rodriguez, Assistant Director of Public Works | City of Henderson, NV

    Alyssa Rodriguez presently works at the City of Henderson, Nevada as the Assistant Director of Public Works. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has a diverse employment history including municipal engineering, consulting and academia. Her background includes a wide variety of transportation engineering and planning projects including complete streets design, traffic impact studies, traffic signal design, travel demand modeling, maintenance management and asset management systems, safe routes to school, fleet management, and GIS applications. She is a Professional Engineer registered in the states of Nevada and California. Her Civil Engineering bachelor’s and master’s degrees are from Montana State University. Alyssa is also a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, certified by ITE, a community of transportation professionals. Alyssa’s participation with ITE also includes leadership roles at the International, District, Section, Chapter and Student Chapter level. She currently serves as the Vice President Elect on the organization’s Executive Committee and will assume her role as Vice President in January 2020.

Mark also serves as a director humanitarian and environmental non-profits and was awarded the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal.

    Abbas Mohaddes is President &COO of Econolite Group Inc. (EGI). A leader in traffic management solution technologies, headquartered in Anaheim California and presence globally . Prior to that he was the founder of the Mohaddes group (TMG), offering a wide range of innovative and strategic advisory services to public and private organizations. He also co-founded CAVita, a company focused on Connected and Automated Vehicles policy and strategy which was acquired by EGI in January 2017.
