    Vishal is the Traffic Engineering Division Manager at Manatee County, Florida and is actively involved with County's TSM&O, traffic operations and safety analyses, traffic signal and ITS design. He has over 15 years of experience in Transportation Planning and Traffic Engneering. He is the licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida registered Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).

  • Dr. Nadereh Moini, P.E., PTOE, Chief of Transportation | New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA)

    Dr. Nadereh Moini is the chief of Transportation at the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA). She has diverse scholar and field experiences in planning, design, operation, and assessment of multimodal transportation systems and the application of the state-of-the-art technologies in transportation. She has many conference proceedings and publications in ITS applications, transit, maritime, safety, and infrastructure resilience. She has more than 20 years of transportation experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil & Environment Engineering with a concentration in transportation. She is a panel member of various NCHRP projects. She is the licensed Professional Engineer in the State of NY and NJ and registered Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).

  • April Wire, P.E., PTOE, Arterial Operations Program Manager, ITS Branch | Maricopa County DOT (MCDOT)

    April manages the Arterial Operations Program for the ITS Department of the Maricopa County, Arizona. She has over 14 years of experience in transportation operations. She leads the Couty's adaptive signal projects and responsible for the maintenance and reportign the traffic signal performance measures of the traffic signal central system for the Maricopa County. She is the licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona and registered Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).
