    Description

The results of a 2018 report jointly produced by the Association for Fundraising Professionals and the Chronicle of Philanthropy suggest that sexual harassment is a widespread problem for fundraisers. This session, led by two researchers at The Ohio State University, will share additional information about sexual harassment. The goals will be to raise awareness of the issue of sexual harassment in the profession, discuss its complexities, and share best practices that can prevent it from occurring.
