  • Norma G Castrejon, MA, CAE

    Norma G. Castrejon is a Certified Association Executive with over ten years of technology leadership in associations. She is currently the Associate Director of Information Technology at the Higher Learning Commission where she is responsible for coordinating complex technology systems, facilitating development and maintenance of internal and external facing applications, and directing IT projects to meet business objectives, operational goals, and key business priorities. She has previously held technology leadership positions at the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC), Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).

    As the CIO at ASCP, Mark and his team serve at the intersection of people, process, and technology - in the premier innovative organization for lab medicine and pathology professionals around the world. ASCP constituents and staff are champions for advancing the field of lab medicine and pathology in the science, technology, and public policy arenas. Mark encourages new ideas, creative solutions, and collaborative approaches across the entire enterprise.

  • Rebecca Headrick, MBA

    Rebecca Headrick is the Chief Technology Director for the Illinois CPA Society ( in Chicago, Illinois. As an IT professional for 20+ years, Rebecca’s career path has included technology training and development, business analysis, project and application development management, strategic planning, and more. Through many projects and business relationships in the association sector, Rebecca has learned the value of effectively engaging with her colleagues across all organizational divisions to deeply understand their needs and effectively deliver technology solutions that push association strategy forward. Rebecca is currently pursuing a new Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at North Park University.

  • Chris Maynard

    Chris Maynard is currently the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He has over 30 years’ experience in technology and organization operations, spanning the healthcare, membership association, and K-12 education industries, all primarily in the not-for-profit sector. In his current role, Chris provides leadership for the Information Technology department, as well as the organizations Performance Management department. Prior to ACHE, Chris was the Vice President of Operations for ACCEL Schools where he provided leadership over operations of the administrative office and 48 K-12 charter schools throughout the mid-west.
