2. Understand the neurophysiologic effects of drinking
3.To understand first line therapy of anti-craving medication for alcohol use
4. To understand basic concepts of care during Mass Casualty Incidents and how they impact care of the bleeding patient
5. To understand alternatives to standards of care for a bleeding patient in austere conditions
6. To provide a systematic framework for possible Interventions that can aid in optimal management of patients in Prehospital, Hospital, and Blood Bank settings
