Course Description

In this 2 hour Client Interaction course you will study motivational theory, the science of change, and relationship driven communications, focusing on empowering your clients to maintain their motivation, achieve their goals, and find success. The magic happens when these successful satisfied clients become your champion. Learn how creating an environment for your clients to find success makes growing your business easier.

Learning Objectives

1. Students will gain an understanding of the relationship between client success and long term business success.
2. Students will learn what motivation is, what motivations isn't, and about obstacles to maintaining motivation during the organizing/ productivity process. 
3. Students will become familiar with different approaches to support clients through the change process. 
4. Students will understand the value of relationship building and motivational communications.
5. Students will apply motivation concepts to their specific business models in order to drive their success.
