Virtual environments are a great alternative to in- person allowing for flexible work environments. Virtual work environments can be challenging and awkward when it comes to managing teams and keeping them engaged in their day-to-day meetings and tasks. Many questions have come up during this time, especially on how to keep teams motivated and engaged when we cannot be with our teams in person. Elizabeth Dill (MFA, MLIS) is the Director of University Libraries at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. Currently, she is co-editing a book on OER and OER-enabled pedagogy entitled, "Intersections of OER and Information Literacy" for ACRL Publishing. Dill also co-edited the Fall 2020 special edition of the academic journal, Library Trends, entitled "OER and the Academic Library." Her co-authored article, "Managing self-imposed leadership transitions during unprecedented challenges: Here's your new office!
