Welcome to the TRANSCAER Learning Management System

TRANSCAER (Transportation Community Awareness Emergency Response) is a national outreach program. Since 1986, our organization has focused on assisting communities to prepare for and respond to a possible hazardous material transportation incident. The TRANSCAER program is led by industry professionals who volunteer their time to support our mission.

TRANSCAER offers a variety of online hazmat courses for emergency responders and community leaders who cannot attend classroom events. You can take the courses at your own pace, and at a time and location that is convenient for you. All of TRANSCAER’s courses are free and made possible by our Sponsors & Partners.

If you need to view course materials only (no certificate issued), then please visit our TRANSCAER Website to access the resources and materials.

Sign Up Instructions
If you do NOT have an LMS account:
  1. Sign Up to create a TRANSCAER LMS account.
  2. Once you create your account, you will be brought back to the course page.
Note: You do not need an access code to register for an LMS Account.

If you have already created an LMS account, simply Log in and Access Course content.

The TRANSCAER Learning Management System is for our online learning courses only. Therefore only the courses listed on the LMS will show in your account under "My Activity" and "Certificates." TRANSCAER webinars and in-person training events that you register for on the TRANSCAER website will not show in this Learning Management System.
