Program Description
This session will include 3 major aspects of cyber security - protecting your data, your business, and your identity. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge and tips that they will be able to easily incorporate into their everyday business. Attendees will also leave with extensive knowledge on how to apply what they learned to ALTA Best Practice 3, securing Non-Public Personal Information (NPI).

Instructor Bios

Michele Blanco, The CIMA Companies
Michele has been working to support the Title and Real Estate Industry for 20 years, and has become an expert in the area of insurance and bonds for this industry. She attends industry specific seminars and education events, to keep abreast of changes, so that she can provide the information and answers to Land Title Association Members. She supports and stays up to date with Best Practices and how they affect the title agent. Michele is an active member of the VLTA, MLTA, PLTA and DCLTA.

Elizabeth Fincher, LegalShield
As a benefits professional for over 20 years, Beth has worked with Fortune 1000 companies, and has consulted with companies of all sizes in the planning, design, and implementation of employee benefits. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Human Resources from Georgia State University. Beth is a licensed insurance agent with multiple active lines across several states.
